Spinach-Kiwi-Banana Smoothie

Green smoothies have been causing you the chills so far? You’re not alone in this. It took me a while to find my love for green smoothies. Now I can say it’s all about the ratio. This smoothie is the perfect start into the world of greens. Be brave and give it a try!

Ingredients
  • 30 g Spinach
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 1 Banana
  • 250 ml Water
Methode

Wash the spinach. Peel kiwis and banana, dice them and add all of it, including the spinach, to the blender. Fill it up with 250 ml of water. If the smoothie is too thick, add some more water. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy together with some grapes and crackers.
