Protein Brownies – All In One Dough
Is your sweet tooth demanding? This recipe of protein brownies is all you need. A quick recipe and a sweet sensation. Try out this healthy version of a treat.
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 180 g quark or greek yogurt (low fat)
- 100 ml milk (1,5% fat)
- 100 g oats
- 40 cocoa powder
- 4 Tbsp protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- a pinch of salt
Method
Preheat the oven to 170°C.
Crush the banana and put it together with all other ingredients into a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
Put baking paper on the baking tray. Add the batter evenly. The size of the baking tray will influence the sickness of the brownies. They won’t rise a lot.
Bake the brownies for 18-22 minuts (middle of the oven).
Let them cool down and cut into even pieces afterwards.
