When It’s Time For a Cheat Meal
I try my best to eat healthy and live a clean lifestyle. Who am I fooling though? Everyone needs a little sugar and sweets now and again. A rule that I stick too that helps me is that I try to make it a cheat meal, not a cheat day. If I want to be really strict I tell myself if I want something sweet I have to make it. That usually deters me from committing big setbacks through my week.
