Energy Booster Smoothie- with Pineapple and Basil
Start your day right with this breakfast smoothie.

- 20 leaves of basil
- 150g natural yogurt
- 200g pineapple (fresh or canned)
- 1 tsp linseed
- 1 tsp honey
- 5-6 pistachios
- 3-4 ice cubes
Wash the basil leaves and leave them to drain on a paper towel. Put the diced pineapple into a blender. Add all other ingredients including the ice cubs and whizz until smooth. Drink straight away or pour into a bottle to drink on the go.
